JM's Fund

This GoFundMe page was created to help defray mounting medical and other costs that our mother, JM, is incurring. She was hospitalized on September 14th, 2018, with initial complaints of fever, weakness, and a “throbbing headache” that would not go away. Initial head imaging showed multiple lesions in her brain, which we later learned were 3 abscesses (encapsulated infection), one of which had grown to a significantly large size. Mom has now gone through 2 brain surgeries (craniotomies) and is in the early stages of recovery.  She is currently still in the hospital receiving around-the-clock antibiotics and will begin physical, occupational and speech therapy for an, as yet, undetermined duration.  We are asking for donations to help her and our family to cover medical and other expenses, as the cost has rapidly grown and is increasing daily.  Your personal donation will immediately be used to cover one of many expenses. We need your help because we want our mom to recover to her fullest potential (or to return back to as normal functioning as before)! No contribution is too small as every bit helps.  We are extremely grateful for your continued prayers. We will be updating this page as she gets further through her recovery.
