Joyce's Treatment Fund

Joyce Ritter is a sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, and teacher. Most importantly though, she is a fighter, and a Survivor! For the last 2 years she has been battling Lung Cancer, with a (much too short) remission that lasted only 3 months. There have been many ups, a few downs, and even some complications along the way, but she never, ever complains, and she never stops fighting. Together we have been through radiation twice, as well as several types of intense Chemo therapy treatments in an attempt to find the right one.  


The purpose of this page, is to help Joyce get the type of treatment she deserves. She has been receiving alternative treatment in addition to the chemotherapy, unfortunately that treatment is not covered by her insurance company, and is too expensive for family to continue paying for out of pocket. She has selflessly dedicated her life to helping others, and now it's our time to help her! No donation is too small, and everything is greatly appreciated.

Meeting our goal will help extend this treatment by several months, and any money donated beyond the goal will be put towards future treatments.


We are a team. We support each other emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially (to the best of our abilities). We have donated time, energy and money to spreading awareness about Lung Cancer, and regardless of how this request turns out, that will not change.
