Grapeview Family Rescue

There currently is a family in the Grapeview community which is facing eviction.  My mother volunteered to deliver a pre-lit Christmas tree and wreath to this family, from the PTA at Grapeview School.  When she arrived the house was dark and it was discovered that there was no power.  Our amazing community and staff members at the school were able to collect funds to restore the power and are currently working to ensure there is a little extra to get them through the next month or two.

I would like to work now to collect funds to save this deserving family from being evicted.  They currently are behind 2 months rent.  My goal is to collect funds to cover the rent which is past due, plus one more month's rent to help them get ahead.

This family has six children.  Mom works however, Dad has recently lost his job and does odd jobs to help bring in what he can.  The children are sweet and deserve to have a bright, warm and happy Christmas.  A Happy Christmas would include them not having to move and face being homeless.
