Jacobs Headstone❤️

September 15th 2019 this gorgeous little boys life was taken from his family as he took his last breathe at his home surrounded by the people that loves him❤️

Jacob was only 7 years old when his life was unfortunately cut short, leaving his mum, Irene, dad, James, brothers and sisters, Harley, Sofia, hope & Jaxson along side family members who miss him dearly❤️

He was cheeky, funny, a bright start to anybody’s day, he had a smile that shined brighter than a thousand stars❤️

At such a young age, supporting his brothers and sisters his mum and dad has struggled, money hasn't been the best, so I am asking for anything, £1, £2, anything that can be put towards this gorgeous little boys headstone, something in which he deserves❤️

This is the last thing this little boy is ever going to need, and I ask for everyone to please help❤️

No parent should have to ever bury there child, so please help❤️
