Family in Need

We are a group of local Firefighters here in Phoenix, and recently came in to contact with a family of 6 living in our area that were victims of an attack on the I-10 freeway.  The attacker hurled rocks in to traffic, which ended up striking a 9 year old girl in the face.  This has resulted in numerous reconstructive surgeries, of which, this working single mother of 5 has had to cover a good portion of out-of-pocket.  The full article can be seen here - http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/phoenix/breaking/2015/11/16/dps-person-throws-bricks-onto--10-injures-child/75861370/ 

 We would like to raise enough money to help this family recover from these costs, and cover some living expenses that have suffered due to these circumstances.  We'd like to hit our target in the next 2 weeks, so that their new year will begin with a leg up on overcoming this rough patch they've hit over the last 6 weeks.
