Hi guys!❤️ First, thank you all so much for taking your time to stop and read this post. I will start by giving a little background on the events that have led me to open the opportunity for a love offering to my mom from our community. Mom went to the doctor the first of November with what she thought may be a mild anxiety attack along with some congestion in her chest. The wonderful doctors at Dr. James office were very quick to identify the possibility of some issues that were a bit more intense than congestion and anxiety. They set her up on the right track with some really good doctors that were able to pinpoint some pretty major health issues that she is now facing. After multiple tests she found out that she has blockages and her right coronary artery is 100% occluded with a lesion on the front part of her heart. She had an appointment this Monday at St. Vincent and the doctors there said that bypass surgery really is her only option at this point. So, of course, bypass it is! She is set for surgery December 27th. As the story continues all of you know and those of you that don’t know my mom is a hairdresser. This is a career and a love of hers that will not be easy to return to quickly once her surgery is complete and recovery begins. This also means that her career does not provide an income if she is not there. My mom has given to me and so many others selflessly throughout her life. I have thought and thought of exactly how I can help to return that love to her during this time. And here I am... I along with so many others need mom to come home and heal properly without the worry of rushing back to work. I am here because I have been asked many times already what others can do to help. I feel like showering mom with a love offering even if it is just a message to let her know you are thinking about her or whatever your heart may be led to do for her to show her your love will be the best medicine for her in the weeks to come. Anything I can do to bring her peace at this time is what I will do and I wouldn’t be able to give her that without the help of her friends and our amazing community! So many of you have already done so much to help her feel better, do better, and be better! I am so thankful for everyone! I want to say thank you in advance for the love to come in the next few weeks from all of you! Lastly, I ask when you say your prayers to please include my mom as she is facing a very trying time in her life and the more she feels our love the easier this will be! Thank you all so much! We love each and every one of you!
