Climbing for Harrison’s Wheelchair

Donation protected
Our team at Premium Choice have come together to climb England's highest mountain in the Cold month of December!

Harrison was born premature at 29 weeks. He contracted influenza A, which resulted in severe brain damage, being diagnosed at 9 months old with Cerebral palsy and global learning delay.

Cerebral palsy is the name for a group of life long conditions that affect movement and coordination, caused by a problem with the brain that occurs before, during or soon after birth.

Harrisons family were told at the time of diagnosis that Harrison will be unable to speak, sit up, crawl, and walk, amongst other cruel symptoms.
Harrison is now 5 years old, he’s sitting up, he’s talking and signing, he has a wheelchair that he self-propels himself, along with a walking frame that he uses for short distances. He’s started his second year at a special school that encourages his confidence and independence.

The Family are constantly looking for ways to help Harrison meet his full potential and are in the process of looking at a lightweight wheelchair to allow him more freedom.
Any ‘disability’  equipment always comes at a higher price tag and we are aware of the cost of these chairs.

Any donations you can provide to help towards the cost of a chair, would be greatly received and appreciated.
