Quinn's Top Surgery Fund

Hey All! My name is Quinn Prado Diaz, pronouns they/them. After various therapy sessions and my journey to be my true queer and trans self, I will be getting chest reconstruction surgery, also known as top surgery, on December 15th, 2022. Getting top surgery has been a long-awaited surgery that I never imagined was possible until this year.

 

I am reaching out to you in hopes of receiving financial support in paying for my surgery. Even with insurance, I have an estimated out-of-pocket cost of $8,500. This bill must be paid by November 3rd, six weeks before my surgery date. Any donations will go directly toward covering surgery costs. If I exceed my goal, the additional funds will be applied to booking a hotel for two weeks for recovery after surgery.
