Hi My Name Is Gianne And On June 1st 2018 I Found Out I Was Pregnant On September 21st I Found Out I Was Having A Baby Boy And His Name Is NOAH AMIR SMITH I Found Out The Worst News Any Monther Could Get Doctors Told Me My baby Had Many Complications And He Was Gonna Need Several Surgery’s One Was His Heart Another Was His Double Cleft And Palate And Last Was His Stomach They Had Transfered Us To Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia And Had Me Seeing Many Specialist Every Week And On December 28th 2018 I was Rushed To The Hospital Because I Didn’t Feel My Son Move All Day And I Was Leaking Fluids On December 29th At I Was Rushed Into A Emergency C-Section Because His Heart Rate Was Dropping Instantly 5 Days Went By And His Cardiac Doctors Called Me And Said We Needed To Have A Family Meeting So We Went Up There And They Explained To Us That My Son Was Born With 3 Chromosomes And It Is The Most Deadlist Thing Around Only 2-3 Baby’s A year Are Born With It And I Guess My Little Noah Was One Of The 3 This Year But I Had To Make The Hardest Decision Any Mother Can Make And That Was To Pull The Plug On My Baby ! So On January 6th 2019 My Baby Took His Last Breathe In My Arms At 7:50 Me And My Child’s Father Want To Burry Our Son And To Dig A Hole It Is Almost 3,000 Dollars Right Now We Are Going Through It Very Bad So We Are Just Asking For Everyone’s Help And ANY AMOUNT AnyOne Can Donate Is Very Helpful We Just Ask That You Guys Help And Share
