Equine Therapy

Hi, my name is Meredith. I have just returned from a 3 month trauma facility. While I was there one of our Therapies was EQuine Therapy. It was very helpful to me. With equine therapy you work on mindfulness, breathwork, self esteem,and breathwork with the horses. I would really like to continue this therapy but I cannot afford it.
