Help Kipcha walk

I feel like an ass trying to raise money, but my baby girl deserves for me to try whatever I can do to help her. A week I took her and her brother to potty. A loose poodle charged her, and her brother charged the poodle to protect us. In the scuffle I fell and Kipcha was yanked and dragged. The vet took X-Rays and found she has a herniated disc that is paralyzing her back legs. We hoped after 48 hours on dangerously high Deramaxx levels she would walk again. But she hasn't. It is going on week two and I want a second opinion and if the new vet says surgery, I am going to need help with paying. Please do NOT feel obligated if you can't donate. Prayers are always welcome.
