Melissa's fight against cancer

Hi, my name is Oscar I am fundraising for Melissa Salas.

Melissa is a loving and devoted mother of 3 and wife to Jonathan.

In March 2021, Melissa was diagnosed with stage 2B Cervical cancer.

In April, Melissa began her 4 month treatment plan which included Chemotherapy, external radiation and internal radiation; with doctors being hopeful that this plan would go well Melissa and Jonathan also held onto hope.

Unfortunately, four months later the news wasn't what they had hoped for. Melissa now faces a new cancer growth and has no other options that are being offered to her. However, this won't stop Melissa. She wants to continue fighting for her and her family but needs all of our help. Melissa and Jonathan keep it old school. Mel takes care of their home and family while Jonathan works hard for his family. Due to appointment/treatments and everything else in between its been tough for Jonathan balancing work and physically being there for Melissa and the children. We want to help and are asking all of you for your help and support. The money donated here will go towards; childcare, seeking alternative methods to eliminate Melissa's cancer through naturopathic medicine and alternative routes not covered by OHIP.
