Help my mom with housing

For those of you that know my mom: DON'T TELL HER ABOUT THIS!

Hey friends my name is Jack. My mom got a letter just before the new year saying she would have to pay a lot of money by January 12th or her mortgage payment would go up by an absurd amount. She is already not in the best place financially and this would be really difficult for her to make work. For my musician friends, my mom has always been a huge supporter of the musicians and the music scene. Her basement has been the site of many rehearsals and legendary hangs. For my non-musician friends, my mom is an amazing person who has spent her whole life giving all her time to help people in need and she really doesn't deserve to have to worry about this. Please consider helping her out!
