Hello. My name is Burnest and my grandmother and I bought a home in Baltimore to start an assisted living facility. When she passed away in 2021, I became the sole owner and learned I was under foreclosure due to missed payments. The combination of catching COVID and losing my job last year prevented me from bringing the account current. There's an auction date on the 10th. If I can raise at least $28,000 by August 6th, accounting for about 14 months of payments and fees, the foreclosure would be canceled. I've closed my accounts and raised about $25K on my own. After this is over, I plan to get back to work and repay everyone who has supported me these past two years. No contribution is too small. I appreciate your support. Thank you.
