Medical finances

Hello everyone,

My name is Thomas Ziska Jr. I am writing this on behalf of my mother Cheryl and my father Tom Ziska Sr. Due to recent events, my father has recently started a lot of medical procedures. This has caused him to medically retire (On Social Security Retirement and Medi-Care) from the only job he has ever known to do. That was Truck Driving. This was his life ever since a young boy with his father. Now due to several medical issues, he no longer qualifies to drive under a commercial license. This impacted him badly and to the point he needed a Defibrillator installed on his heart to make sure his heart is ok. Shortly after (approx. 3 months), he started having issues with going to the restroom. This resulted in a CT scan and found to have a Mass the size of his kidney literally overtaking one of his kidneys. Some of the findings had resulted in my father being hospitalized and my mother having to take time off work and attend to her husband.

My mother currently works for a school as an Athletic Secretary, Attendance Clerk, Community Service Coordinator, and Facility Maintenance Coordinator just to name a few hats. With my mother taking time off to attend to my father, this has depleted her PTO and Paid sick leave. She no longer has hours and when she does take time off, it is now unpaid. With the current rental rates in California, this has put a burden on them and are starting to fall behind on bills. They have even changed their diet in order to try and preserve the money they do have.

We are asking to please help them in this time of need. We have gone through every avenue we can and now are desperate to reach out here. You do not need to donate a lot but all the proceeds will go to help out my mother and father with bills and medical supplies.
