Flood damage repairs

Hi! My name is Allison. My parents, Vivian and Kenneth Nunn recently had severe flood damage that caused an old oil drum that was buried in their backyard to rupture. This caused old oil to wash under their home and create a toxic odor. Their home has been deemed "unsafe for living". Unfortunately their homeowners insurance has denied all claims because it was caused by rainwater or excessive ground water which is not covered. It's considered flood damage and they did not have flood coverage. The estimates for oil spill clean up and then ServePro to get odor from home is around 18,000. Both Vivian and Ken are on a tight fixed income.

Please consider helping them. Any amount would help at this point. We honestly do not know what else to do.
