Awaiting surgery, I need your help please

People look at this page and say he has insurance for this, but the truth of the matter is that when you have had cancer disability and death insurance is off the table. Hi, my name is Bradley, here is a little about myself. I am a millwright by trade. In 1996 I injured my back on the job, I herniated 3 disc in my lower L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1. Between 1996 and 2005 I had 3 surgeries on L3/4. After the second surgery I was told I would not able go back to my trade, I proved them wrong. In 2012, I was diagnosed with stage 4 thyroid cancer and under went a 11 1/2 hour surgery where I had a 5th of my neck removed. After radiation therapy, I was 50lbs lighter, but back at work in 3 months in 2013. Cancer free..

A few months ago I was having headaches, vision and balance issues, as well as motor control of my right arm and right leg. So I contacted my doctor and tests were done to find out the cause. The test came back indicating that the blood flow to the left side of my brain was totally blocked. I was taken off work and told to avoid stress, as it could cause a stoke. I am waiting for a surgical date. I am now unable to cover my mortgage, car and other bills. I hope that there are good people out there who can help me out.
