Help Sean Beat Cancer
Donation protected
Hi friends and family of Sean,
We have set this campaign up in aid of our friend Sean. As most of you would be aware, last year Sean was diagnosed with advanced appendix cancer which unfortunately had made its way throughout his abdomen before being discovered. The last 6 months have been extremely difficult for Sean, having battled through 8 rounds of chemotherapy while also stepping up to the role of being a 1st time father. Without the desired outcome from chemotherapy, Sean has opted for a surgical approach and is heading down to Sydney for surgery this week. The surgery is very intensive (often referred to as the 'Mother Of All Surgeries') and will see Sean under for a minimum of 12 hours. With that said, Sean will have an extremely hard road ahead with a recovery time of at least 4-6 weeks. During this period, Kayla and Max will be relocating to Sydney to support Sean.
We are both in awe of Sean’s consistently positive attitude throughout the battle so far, further validating what we already know about his personality. However, we also know that this is also due to the incredible support network he has around him. Kayla and Max as well as both Sean and Kayla’s families have been there every step of the way to lend any support needed!
We have setup this campaign to directly assist Sean and Kayla with any unexpected expenses and medical bills during the surgery and recovery period. Any donation no matter how big or small we know will be greatly appreciated and help to alleviate any additional stresses.
Thank you very much for your support.
