We would like to receive donations in lieu of flowers to set up a trust fund for Jace Hampton. Jace is Jeremy's only son. Jeremy wanted Jace to be given every opportunity afforded to him and this is the best way we know how to honor Jeremy's name and create a future for Jace. All donations will be put in a fund for Jace's future needs and education. Your support and care during this time has meant the world to us and we are grateful for each and everyone one of you.
