Jack Beardslee Memorial Fund

Four years ago, at 43 years old, Jack was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. At the time he was young and healthy and active with multiple sports. He was happily married to Nicole and a father to his three girls; Sierra, Olivia & Keira. It was a jarring diagnosis but with the support of his girls he faced it head on. He never complained and he never put his burdens on his family or friends. He continued to live life to its fullest, supporting his family, traveling, attending Eagles games and spending time with close friends.

He fought the disease with courage and grace, showing that spirit of competition that always burned inside of him. He fought like a champion carrying on, even through his final days, about his plans for house projects or golf when he got healthy again.

Sadly, pancreatic cancer eventually won and deprived Jack of all of his radiant energy. Jack passed away peacefully at home, on August 27th, surrounded by his family that he loved so much. He was 47 years old.

As so many have reached out asking what they can do to help, we have put together this fundraiser to honor Jack and ease his family's economic burden, specifically Olivia & Keira who are both enrolled at Archbishop Ryan High School and Sierra, a recent nursing school grad who chose Oncology as her preferred field, honoring Jack.

He adored his girls so much and this seems like a fitting way to pay him tribute. All money collected will be donated to assist with their tuition and debts.

Jack was a great friend to all of us over the years. He brought so much joy into each of our lives. He gave us a lifetime of positive energy and wonderful memories. Please consider this fundraiser as a way to pay that back.

I've been fortunate to be surrounded by a lot of good men, but Jack always was the best of them. God bless you pal.
