Jack McDougal

Hi, this is Jack’s family. If you were lucky enough to know Jack, you know the unbelievably amazing, kind, funny, and loving person he was. Nobody could have asked for a better son, brother, or friend. Addiction found Jack at a young age after a sports injury. For the last 7 years he fought valiantly to battle this disease, not just for himself, but for his family.

Through it all the most important thing for Jack was helping others. We learned a lot along the way, and got to see the good and bad of treatment for this horrendous disease. In spirit of this, we would like to raise money to create a foundation in Jack’s honor. The foundation’s purpose will be to send as many people as possible to the right rehabilitation centers to give them and their families the best chance.

Addiction grows in the darkness. Please help us shine light and bring hope to others suffering. Talk to your loved ones and don’t be afraid to seek help. Just like Jack, we will be strong and never stop fighting.
