*Jack Phillips Memorial* (*We're surprising Mom)

During our talks with Dad during his last days, one of the things he often worried about was making sure financial and legal arrangements were figured out prior to his passing. Unfortunately the cancer took him from us so quickly that there were several loose ends that were not tied up, in addition to the subsequent medical bills, funeral expenses etc. There has been such an outpouring of love during this difficult time, and many people have asked how they can support our family - so, we thought this was one material/pragmatic but very real way people could help out. However there is absolutely no pressure to donate, we know everyone has their own financial constraints, and so appreciate the many ways we've already received so much warmth and support.
