Jack Ralls Heart Surgery

Donation protected
Last month we took Jack to a check up and I asked about his rapid breathing they said it was normal. A couple days b4 his 2 month check up we noticed he was becoming distressed when crying and would sound like he was struggling for air so I asked about it at his check up ..long story short his o2 levels where down so they flew him to Santa Rosa but they didn't have the resources needed after their evaluation so the flew him to ucsf where they found he has what is called total anamolous pulmonary vencus return mixed supracardiac and cardiac this basically means he has a hole between the right and left side of his heart and some veins putting oxygenated blood in the wrong places causing the right side to over work and become enlarged and the left side isn't getting the blood it needs. This rare but the doctors seem confident. They are still getting to know his heart and making a game plan for surgery. Ucsf put us in the family home because we will have a lengthy stay but we are still struggling with travel and food expense (Mat has also taken much unpaid time off meaning bills will be a hardship as well) We hate to ask for financial help but in this situation any little bit of help is much appreciated.
