Please let me take this opportunity to introduce Jack Sterling. Jack is a 12-year-old Martial Artist who currently holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt and competes Internationally. He has represented his Country for the last 2 years and is currently preparing / training to do it again for a 3rd straight year this October in Orlando, Fla.

Jack is Currently a 15-time Ontario Provincial champion, a 15-time Canadian National Champion and won his 1st World Championship last fall in Ireland! He also competes across the USA on a monthly / yearly basis.

The process to become a member of the Canadian National Team consists of Regional Competitions to qualify for the Ontario Provincial Championships, where the province selects the top 8 competitors to move on to Ottawa to compete to become part of the Canadian National Team.

The Canadian National Team consists of the Top 4 Athletes in each category from across the country to represent Canada at the World Championships held each fall in October. The selection process is quite grueling and full of talent. The Location of the World Championships changes each year and was held in Ireland last fall.
