Jack Woodward and Family
Donation protected
Jack Woodward (Chelan County PUD / RI Dam Planner) was vacationing in Hawaii last December and was in a serious surfing accident that led to him being hospitalized and in intensive care. The accident happened on Wednesday, 12/13/2017. Jack was taken directly to a hospital in Honolulu for an emergency surgery on his neck. The accident has left Jack with paralysis of his lower body. He recently was transported back to Washington State to the UW Medical Center where he will continue his rehab. He is making some great strides toward recovery and has slowly been getting some feeling back in his legs.
I won't go into any more medical details here, but when we talked to Jack last he was making steady progress and his spirits are high.
We are setting up this fund to help support Jack and his family during this challenging time. Please keep him and his family in your prayers as they begin to move forward from this extremly unfortunate accident.
Thank you, Chris Cronrath and Mike Ledbetter, co-planners with Jack at Rock Island.
