Jackie rigbys story ❤
As you all know Jackie was diagnosed with cervical cancer in may 2014 she has been battling cancer for the last 5 years! Jackie had 6 treatments of radio therapy and chemotherapy in 2014 she then went into remission we all had high high hopes for her future, until the dreadful day came around 6 months before she was due to have the all clear in September 2018 Jackie was told her cancer as returned! She then had to break the heartbreaking news to her children and loved one who have struggled ever since with the dreadful news, Jackie then started a stronger dose of chemotherapy and was told her cancer was terminal, Jackie then went on to having 6 more seasons of chemotherapy to help her along the way! Jackie had an CT scan half way through her treatment they then told her if the treatment works she’ll have 2-3 years if sadly it doesn’t work she will have a few short months! After losing a very close part of there family Katy’s dad last year in February the family has been through so much already, Her family was praying for some good news after all they have been through, the results came back with good news they told us the treatment is working and the cancer is shrinking! Although they told the family it would be 2-3 years everyone was of course over the moon to see Jackie live on longer than anyone hoped! Jackie then completed the rest of her treatment on the 25th April 2019, sadly there’s nothing more they can do to help Jackie other than monitor her along the way, so now we would love to give her the most amazing and happy memories with her loved ones and celebrate the rest of the time she has with us!
She has blessed many people and is always one to help so now i think its time we all pull together and help her lets make Jackie's time stress free and full of happy memories
