“Jackie vs Lupus” No one in blue fights alone!
Donation protected
I’m reaching out to anyone and everyone. I have a dear sick friend who is going through a very hard time and could use our help. Jacqueline Rosa is a Philadelphia Police Officer diagnosed with Lupus in 2015 at the age of 42. This condition has taken over her life and destroying her health. Jackie is a wonderful person who has risked her life for our city for over 20 years and now is unable to support herself and her children. Lupus has caused serious problems with Jackie’s heart and kidneys. She has suffered several heart attacks, multiple chemo therapy treatments, and other life threatening issues. Most of her days are laying in a hospital bed or recovering at home, all while trying to care for her children and sick mother. She has exhausted over 1200 hours of sick time and has lost all income as of July. As you can imagine this has caused her to lose control of her finances. With that being said, Jackie has fallen behind on all of her housing needs. It’s time we open our hearts and help her get back on her feet. Jackie has always been a supporter to those in need and now she needs us. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated. #LupusSucks #PPDStrong #bluefamily
