Jack's surgery/amputation fund
Donation protected
I'm Leah Hill, this go fund me was set up for the dog my brother rescued. Below is how Jack came to be rescued:
On Halloween night a puppy was brought to the police station with a severely broken leg. The people who brought him in reported he had been thrown from a moving car. Animal Control said they would have to put him down given the injuries he sustained. One of the police officers stepped up to take him in so he could live and named him Jack in the spirit of Halloween.
This fund is to help pay for his surgery and amputation so he can lead a full life, free from abuse. The funds will be used to support his surgery which was $3,675. Any additional funds raised will go towards his other vet bills, getting nuetered, dog food, and training. If training goes well we will try to have him become certified as a therapy dog to help and comfort people in need. All funds will be directly withdrawn by my brother, Jack's owner, Jon-David Hill to pay for the expenses
