Jack’s Top-Surgery Fund

Hi Everyone!
It is truly not like me to do something like this. However, the time has finally come for me to get top surgery so I can be my full genuine self. However, the surgery is a little over $10,000 (not including travel expenses to Florida) and it’s not covered by my insurance. The surgery is set for 11/11/20. I know this is a rough time for everyone. And if you can help I GREATLY appreciate it! And if you can’t I don’t think less of you and still love you lol.
