Jacks Funeral -time running out

Hi 

Those of you that know me , my sister Caz and my nephew Jack , will know that Jack has been extremely ill for a long time. 

Jack is 18 years old and has been unable to live a normal life for over a year. It started when he was 13 years old ,when he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. He really struggled with the diagnosis and over the following years became more and more withdrawn . Over the last year , he developed more worrying symptoms and we were told he was suffering with junior osteoporosis and had a broken vertebrae in his back. This meant that he was pretty much bed bound ,most of the time. He has become very frail and has muscle wasteage. He also developed severe tummy problems and could not eat without having constant diahorrea. This has led to massive weight loss . Since being admitted to hospital , he has been diagnosed with Exocrine Pancreatic Insuffiecency (epi) which means his pancreas cannot produce the enzyme which digests food,therefore he is getting zero nutrition from what he eats and is deficient in most vitamins. He has currently been in hospital for 3 long months ,with no idea of when he will be well enough to go home.  

Jack sadly passed away on the 23rd May . We had been making plans for him to come home at the end of June as he was getting better . He died suddenly in hospital from an undiagnosed chronic disease called Gastroparesis or paralisation of the stomach. The hospital had missed the signs. We were  are devatated and our lives will never be the same.

WE NEED TO RAISE £2207 MINIMUM .THE FUNERAL DIRECTORS REQUIRE THIS BY THE 20TH JUNE OTHERWISE HE FUNERAL CANNOT GO AHEAD.
