Continued support for Jack Smith

Our son Jack was born with multiple difficulties which include hearing impairment which means he has to wear bi-lateral hearing aids, is visually impaired and is registered blind, suffers from epilepsy, cerebral palsy amongst other conditions which means he requires full time care. Jack cannot walk or talk or do anything for himself. He turns 5 in October 2015.
Jacks dad had to give up work in November 2014 to care for him full time as he is growing to be a big and heavy boy and the state does not provide free full time care. His mam is a Nurse for the NHS and works in mental health.
We recently had a ground floor extension complete for Jack to have a bedroom and bathroom with a tracking hoist system. But there is still more we would love to give Jack to support him with what he needs as he grows, unfortunately equipment for children with special needs does not come cheap and it is through your support that we are able to fulfill Jacks needs.
