Jackson Children in Need
Donation protected
On April 15, 2018 .... We unexpectedly lost our beloved Christopher “Chris” Jackson and Shadella “Pinky” McDowney who were tragically killed in a car accident. There are no words to properly describe a loss of this magnitude. We cannot express how deeply they were loved by us and everyone around them.
They leave behind three beautiful children, Chrishay (15), Seaun (14), and Chris (10). They loved their children dearly and would do anything to bring smiles to their faces.
Much like there are no words to descirbe the magnificent people we lost; there is no way to describe the way our families feel. Both Chris & Pinky will always be in our hearts and minds and we want our families and friends to find peace and comfort in their memories, and have faith in God who is our hope for tomorrow.
Financial support for the funeral and burial expenses as well as support for their children is needed. The initiator of this campaign (Dee Scott Calvert of Fort Washington, MD) is Chris' cousin, and niece to Chris' mother, Alice Scott Jackson. My Aunt Alice is the only living grandparent to the Jackson children. As there is not enough time to receive by Friday the funds needed to pay Chris’ and Pinky’s funeral expenses, in order that we may move forward with burying our loved ones, now my plan is to pay from my personal account an equal proportion of funds donated to this campaign (less fees) and recoup that same amount from the donated funds, all of which will be deposited to an account in my name (prayerfully by next week).
~ Thank You All For Your Continued Support and Prayers.
