An update we never wanted to have to share, Jackson passed away in our arms this morning at 10:50. We are devastated and know our hearts will never be whole again. One thing we do know is that the impact he has made on others, as well as his legacy will live on forever. Thank you all for your love and support. Please continue to pray for our family.

3/19/24 UPDATE from Jackson’s mom
17 days since we’ve heard your voice, the longest and most grueling 17 days. Jackson is on dialysis and his kidney numbers are starting to improve, he is also being treated for TMA which is something that can happen with transplant- it causes platelets not to work correctly along with some other symptoms he’s having. His brain CT was stable yesterday morning, they are planning on making a decision sometime this week in regard to if we can start to wean his drain, or if he’ll need a permanent shunt. This cannot be done until we get some of his other medical conditions under control due to those things blurring his neuro exam. Please continue to pray for Jackson, the girls, us, and our whole family- we feel them all and appreciate you all so much!

2/16/24 UPDATE - Jackson was supposed to be starting his 2nd Stem Cell transplant yesterday but due to a lingering stomach bug, this has been pushed out until next Thursday to give him more time to recover!!
Thank you all for the prayers and support thus far!! They have greatly been appreciated by the whole family.
If you feel inclined to - please donate, any amount is greatly appreciated. This money will help with travel expenses, food, bills, etc as they will be in the hospital again for 30-45 days.
Jackson has been a true hero during all of his treatments thus far!!
PLEASE SHARE THIS GO FUND ME AND PRAYERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED FOR JACKSON AND HIS FAMILY!!!
Thank you all so much!!

This Go Fund Me is being set-up to help Jackson and his family since his diagnosis of neuroblastoma cancer. Our grandson Jackson, is a 4 year little boy who is active and always on the move. He loves fishing, going trucking with his daddy, playing with his sisters Rylee and Charlee and his cousins, riding his tractor outside, snuggles with his mommy and the list goes on.

As you all can imagine - there will be out of pocket medical expenses that the insurance will not cover. Christi and Joey will be missing time off work for hospital stays, clinic appts, etc. Money wil be used for medical bills, travel expenses, food, living expenses while Jackson is being treated.

This is Jackson's story from his mommy and daddy - Christina and Joey Sensenig - April 27, 2023
As many of you know Jackson hasn’t been feeling himself for the last few weeks. Yesterday we received news that no parent ever wants to hear. Jackson has a mass growing on his right kidney, with some lesions in his bones- these findings are consistent with neuroblastoma. Our next step is being admitted to CHOP on Sunday or Monday for more testing / staging / port placement, once a diagnosis is confirmed he will start treatment right away. While we are devastated with this news we are trusting in the doctors to come up with a treatment plan, and know Jackson is a fighter and has a huge army behind him. Please pray for us

Jackson update: he had a biopsy of the mass on his adrenal glad on Monday, May 1st, as well as his port placed. On Thursday those results showed that he has high risk neuroblastoma. Friday, May 5th, he had bilateral bone marrow biopsies, as well as an MIBG scan which can be used to show all of the neuroblastoma cells within his body. These two tests confirmed that the cells are within his bone marrow and throughout a lot of his bones. This boy has been nothing but brave, strong and amazing going through test after test. He completed his 1st round of chemo treatments on Tuesday, May 9th.
We wanted to thank everyone who has reached out to check on us, offered to help in anyway. We appreciate it more then you know, even if we don’t respond.
Jackson is not a statistic, we are going to fight and give it 150% to get our little boy cured. We know he has a huge army behind him.

This Go Fund Me is being managed by his grandparents, Dave and Cindy Fisher. No amount is to small. If you can donate that is wonderful and thank you in advance but if you can't donate, that is fine as well BUT PLEASE SHARE THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
