Jack's Top Surgery

Hello! My name is Jackson, I’m 18 years old and I’ve been on hormones for 5 months now. I just booked for my top surgery in January and I will be travelling from Ireland to Poland for it. Im currently saving 80% of my wages every week to save up for surgery!
