Jaclyn Ehrlich for Ewing’s Sarcoma Research

Tax deductible

Jaclyn was a 16 year old high school junior playing varsity soccer, serving as VP of student government and looking forward to her junior prom when her world, and ours, changed when she was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma. Jaclyn fought bravely for 2 and 1/2 years, and while enduring treatments, chemotherapy, surgery, more chemotherapy, more surgery, experimental clinical trials, and radiation she refused to stop living her life the way she wanted to. She attended her junior prom. She endured her treatment and earned a 4.0 GPA her senior year of high school. From her hospital bed she coordinated summer soccer practice and with a boot attended as many practices and games as possible earning her the most courageous athlete award. Still, while enduring chemo treatment she attended her freshman year of college at UCF and earned a 3.8 GPA, joined AEPhi sorority and got involved in Knight-Thon and philanthropy events. Unfortunately Jaclyn’s battle ended August 8, 2021, when she could not fight any longer. She is an example of living every minute to its absolute fullest and is a true inspiration to everyone who knew her. She was taken from us to soon and will be forever missed. Please help us honor her by supporting research to end this awful disease. Your donation is truly appreciated.
