We come to you with heavy hearts to share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Jacqueline Parmelee.  A lifelong Oceanside resident, Jacqueline leaves behind her daughter Kendra, a bright and determined senior in college, who has lost her only surviving parent. With the sudden loss of her mom, Kendra will not only be dealing with the emotional toll of grief but also ensuring a stable future for herself. As she faces the start of her senior year, we believe that no student's dreams should be shattered due to financial hardships, especially during moments of personal tragedy.
