Jaclyn’s healing journey

(Pictures below )Hello I am one of Jaclyn’s close friends she recently broke her fibula bone where it connects to the ankle she has a rod going thru her bone with screws and tight ropes holding tendons. She had surgery a little over two weeks ago now. Last Thursday she had a follow up appointment were she was very hopeful that she would be in a walking boot able to bear weight however the news she got was she gets a boot but because of extensive ligament damage she now has another four weeks before she can even put weight on her leg and start PT. She’s been camped out with me since her surgery due to stairs and other reasons that make it impossible for her to get around to the bathroom ect. She is struggling with the FMLA stuff and the other program due to crazy requirements we’re figuring it out but nothing is smooth sailing or guaranteed . We are waiting for the dr to fill out her papers for fmla leave but not sure of how when or how it works if she’ll get it for sure or not. She has been out of work already over two months now and is going to be out for at least 6 weeks or more until she can walk on it. She has a kiddo to feed rent to pay medical bills to pay and medication she needs. she’s come to a time where she’s ran out of funds and squeezed by up until now with the funds she had if anyone can donate a few bucks to help get her by would be greatly appreciated. The funds will go towards not loosing her place to live taking care of her kiddo Raden and medical needs. She’s eager To get back to life and work but just a little held up at the moment.
