Jacob Aiden Fundraiser

Our son, Jacob, was born 16 weeks prematurely on September 15, 2012 weighing just 14.1 ounces. Jacob has many special needs including being trached, taking all nourishment through a g-tube in his belly, being legally blind, cerebral palsy and multiple cognitive issues. Jacob is also non-verbal and non-mobile.

Weighing now at 86 pounds, Jacob is too big and too heavy to be safely lifted into and out of our vehicle. He also has outgrown his special needs car seat.

We are doing a fundraiser to help towards the purchase of a specialized transport van. One where his special needs cart can be pushed right into the vehicle and secured to the floor.

Since Jacob is bed-ridden, we'd like him to have a quality of life outside of our home.

Having the ease of transporting Jacob around will be a game-changer for our family!
