Jacob and Isabell Evans for baby Jake

Hi, everyone! My name is Ashley Young and I am setting this up on behalf of my brother and sister for Jacob and Isabell Evans. Jacob has been one of my brother and sister's best friends for several years now and Isabell quickly became someone they love dearly as well. On July 24th Baby Jake was born at 5:54 pm by emergency c-section after it was discovered that Isabell’s placenta was separating (placental abruption). He was without oxygen for an unknown amount of time. He was then transported to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital to receive care. Unfortunately, baby Jake went to be with the Lord this afternoon. We are all grieved by the loss of this sweet child and can not fathom what Jacob and Isabell are going through. We are first and foremost asking for prayers for Jacob and Isabell as they grieve the loss of baby Jake. I have set this up in the hopes to raise funds to cover funeral and medical expenses, and for Jacob to be able to be off work while they heal. Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated.
