Jacob and Mariah - Missionaries in the Northwest

Hey family and friends!
We have officially moved to Vancouver, WA to begin our work with Compassion to Action, after working six years together at Life Center Church in Tacoma. We have already started our work here with preaching, and team work
gatherings. We will be working on the leadership team, and will take on the role of Directors of the Compassion to Action Ministry School, where we will be training hundreds of leaders in the Northwest to transform our region with acts of love, preaching of the Gospel, discipleship, and evangelism. There have already been multiple miracles that have taken place for our family to make it here to Vancouver, and we know we are in the perfect place, right in the middle of God’s plan.
Our salary will begin when we start the school, which will take in 2020. Our living expenses for the next year is $48,000, and we have already raised over half of that amount. For us to effectively prepare for the school and to work in our roles full time, we need to raise another $20,000 to cover our cost of living for the next year. We believe that the work we are doing for the Northwest is vital, and it will change thousands of lives.
Currently, our work consists of:
Touring high school campuses to speak at assemblies regarding suicide prevention, mental health, and freedom for the soul. In addition to this, we will be working to build greater resources for pastors and leaders who are struggling with mental
health.
Speaking and leading worship at various churches every week in the Northwest, US, and beyond.
Leading weekly prayer and worship gatherings with community leaders the transformation of our region.
Building systems and the core team for our launch of the Compassion to Action School - 2020.
Leading outreach to neighborhoods in the greater Portland area, to disciple communities and launch home gatherings.
Admin and leadership work for our next stadium event, Portland 2020.
We have taken a leap of faith, and God has already shown himself to be so faithful to promises in obedience to Him. We are giving all we have to Jesus and his mission to bring heaven to earth. We believing in this work of ministry, and we know that through this work, countless lives will be changed for eternity.
Please consider supporting us in both finances and prayer as missionaries for this first year in our new role. We are extremely grateful for your support, and we pray that the Lord will refresh you as you give, and that he would also provide for all of your needs. We have never asked for support before, as Mariah and I have worked for a salary at our previous jobs at Life Center Church. We consider ourselves to be great stewards of finances, and we are only asking for our needs in this season to support our family.
