Hello to all who've taken time to visit this memorial fundraiser page, 

By now you've heard of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Jacob Dansereau. 

We're all feeling various levels of grief  as we deal with the loss of Jacob and the hole he leaves behind in all of our lives.  

 

Often times work can be a mundane and repetitive experience but every now and then you meet someone who makes going to work feel like going to hang out with your friends...Jacob embodied the "spark of life" in this world and he knew how to make the entire floor at Egnyte laugh. He worked hard, played hard, and was always there to welcome visitors from out of town, be there at a happy hour, help someone going through a tough time... and possibly place a side bet on baseball.

We will miss him dearly.

 

His family meant the world to him and he would want to make sure they have no financial burden.  It's our turn to step up on Jacob's behalf and we want to ensure that his celebration of life doesn't leave any unnecessary financial strain on his family.   We've set a goal  that is mirrored around the  1st Quota  ever assigned to Jacob during his time at Egnyte.   As his work friends and family, you know he worked hard to deliver month in and month out.  So the goal of $2500 is a small nod to his efforts during his time with us as a colleague and friend.

All money raised with this page will go directly to his family to help with the costs associated with his  celebration of life.
