Jacob Diamond Attorney Fees

Hey there. If you’re reading this, you probably know who Jacob Diamond is. Yes, the guy who was dumb enough to be friends with women who for 5 years, lied to him. Women who made him feel sorry for them, women he helped financially when the MLM scheme wasn’t working, women who knew how to take advantage of his kindness and generosity. Some of you have told him he’s better off. Some have said he’s stupid for not realizing it sooner. But some of you, have said you wanted to help. We are not ones to ask for help. This is the one time in our lives, we really think we’re going to need serious help. We are fighting a massive legal battle. Jacob has been sued for defamation, when all he did was tell the truth. Tatum recently wrote on Lynne’s Instagram comments that Jacob did something “sinister” and deserved much more than a cease and desist. He was also served with 3 restraining orders, silencing him. If he break these orders, he could face jail time. Many of you know he is the sole caretaker of his 87 yr old mother, and can not go to jail. These “good Christian women” flat out lied in the restraining order to get the judge to approve it. On Monday Nov 20th, Jacob has a hearing where a judge in Louisiana will decide if this order will be permanent, and he will be silenced permanently. For good. They will be triumphant in silencing yet another person.

Many of you want him to speak his truth. To tell his story. He simply wants to use his 1st Amendment right to speak freely, not to mention the Louisiana anti-slapp law, meaning the same thing. A big law firm in Los Angeles that represents Caitlyn Jenner and other celebrities, heard about his case and reached out to work with him for free. They did a ton of work on his case, but aren’t able to practice law in Louisiana and represent him. We found a high powered lawyer in Baton Rouge who has been in multiple Netflix documentaries, and would also represent him. He jumped at the chance to speak with the media about Jacobs case and go up against Lynne Spears, Tatum Solis, and Jansen Fitz. Especially after the claims made in Britney’s book, and seeing the thousands of comments online “defaming” these women. Then this week, he told Jacob he needed a civil lawyer instead of criminal. He has 2 days, to find a new civil lawyer. Everyone he's called wants a base price of $5,000 just to attend the first hearing! Some wanted as much as $15,000 for one hearing. After that, he has court for the defamation lawsuit where they have to prove what he said is not true. He clearly has the proof.

So many of us worked so hard to #freeBritney and help give her, her voice back. I am asking for your help in making sure Jacob is not permanently silenced as well. If you can donate $20 or $10 or $5 it would mean the world to us. If you can’t, your prayers for us that everything goes well, would mean just as much. At this point I’m loading up Jacobs mom and Jacob, and our dogs, and driving to Louisiana, so Jacob can represent himself in court against Lynne Spears’ attorney.
