Jacob fights back

Dear friends and family, please help my dear friend Krystal Medina and her family. Her oldest son Jacob has been newly diagnosed with Leukemia. She needs all the love and support to assist her family get through this horrific time. Jacob was just getting ready to go off to college on academic scholarship to study nursing and play baseball.
