Jacob Fluty Memorial fund

Heaven gained one of Earth’s good guys when Jacob Fluty was killed suddenly in an avalanche accident doing what he loved - snowmobiling in the Sierra Madres on 2/8/24.

Jacob was a lifelong resident of Saratoga. A family man, he was a devoted father, husband, town councilman, and a friend to many. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and snowmobile enthusiast who lived life to its fullest. His death came as a shock to his family and a blow to every person who was lucky to know him. He will be sorely missed by all.

This gofundme has been set up to help support Jacob’s wife, Ashley and their three young children with funeral expenses and to help navigate these first few months without the additional stress about finances.

A celebration of Jacob’s life is planned for Sunday, February 18th at 12:00pm at the Platte Valley Community Center. Lunch will be served.
