Help jacob Glover beat rare cancer

Hello, My name is Lisa Rothery and I am trying to raise funds for my 17 year old son Jacob who has a rare bone cancer, osteosarcoma.

He was originally diagnosed on April 2020. With Chemotherapy and an operation to remove the tumor he made a complete recovery in December 2020.

Unfortunately, we found out in December 2022 just before Christmas that the cancer had returned in both lungs this time.

Jacob is ASD and because of the trauma of the previous treatments he now has depression, anxiety and PTSD. We were told that his case was too complex to treat so we were left to deal with it all ourselves. Jacob has suffered greatly and continues to do so.

We are waiting for a second scan to determine the growth rate. We have to wait 8 weeks. So in the meantime, we are asking for your help in funding alternative treatments, a second opinion and therapy which as a family we simply cannot afford.

There is no service through the NHS at this time that can help Jacob with his mental health. Nothing of any value has been offered to him. But I do want to add that Macmillan cancer centre in london did everything they could during treatment. The nurses and staff were amazing. 

My son is Dying and we are trying to think of every way we can help him. Private care costs a huge amount of money. We are constantly researching alternative treatments that may help Jacob in this 8 week period that we have.

Jacob is a beautiful soul and doesn't deserve this.
