Jacob Guzman's Funeral and Hospital Fund

This fund is designated for my cousin's medical expenses. He was hit Thursday night, August 19th, while walking home from work, in Adrian Michigan. We are unsure how soon these expenses will be needed. Although his condition is critical we have faith he'll be able to pull through. Any extra funds will go to his college fund or his rehabilitation, thank you.
