Jacob Loveall's Medical Treatments

Hi everyone my name is Zoey and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my boyfriend Jacob Loveall. He was recently diagnosed with Adhesive Arachnoiditis in January, which is a chronic pain condition of the central nervous system that is progressive and causes a multitude of other complications. This condition is very rare and unfortunately has no cure. Jacob and his family have struggled to find doctors who are familiar with the condition to get proper treatment. It has been an extremely tough time for Jacob and those around him who love him dearly.

Because of his diagnosis, he had to pull out of his master's program, where he was studying Market Research and Analytics at Michigan State University. He was scheduled to graduate in the summer of 2023 and was looking forward to starting a new chapter of life with a full-time job in a field that he loves, but that sadly has been taken away from him for the time being.

His medical bills have been accumulating as many of the treatments for pain management are experimental and alternative to traditional medicines and hence have not been covered by insurance.

Although this has been an extremely tough time for Jacob, there is some hope. In addition to these alternatives to traditional medicines, Jacob has also been in contact with a doctor in Arizona who has had success with stem cells to help replenish damaged nerve roots and tissue associated with Adhesive Arachnoiditis.

Unfortunately, these new options are not covered by insurance; therefore, this GoFundMe will go specifically to these alternative therapies and treatments to provide Jacob with the relief he desperately needs.

If you know Jacob you know he brings the most positive energy to the room and always knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. No one deserves what he now has to constantly live with but despite all the pain and struggles he’s going through he remains the same lovable, kind, intelligent, and goofy person we all love.
