Jacob Porter’s funeral expenses

My nephew, Jacob Porter was diagnosed on October 2nd, 2017 with Philadelphia Chromosome Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He has fought a hard battle with many ups and downs. He relapsed 3 times during this long battle with cancer. Jacob spent countless hours at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children Hospital with his mom and dad by his side. Jacob lost his battle with cancer on March 27th 2021. This has been a long road for Jacob and his family. For anyone who is wanting to help this wonderful family during their time of need we are collecting donations for funeral expenses and hospital bills.
