Jacob Ray Medical and Memorial Fund

Jacob Ray was an outgoing 21 year old student at Western Carolina University. His life was tragically cut short after being shot in the back of the head this past weekend. He fought as hard as he could while in ICU at Mission Hospital, but the swelling around his brain was too much to take.
