Jacob runs for Dementia UK

Back again with another ridiculous challenge. We recently lost my brilliant Grandad to Dementia so in aid of this great charity and the work they do, I’ll be running from Llandudno back to Cardiff over the space of 5 days, no doubt there will be some miles of walking involved as the projected incline over the 5 days is around 15 thousand. The distance works out at around 157 miles which means over 30 miles a day. May 1st will be the start date.

I’ll be joined on my final run by from Ebbw  Vale to Pentyrch by all the other team members. The best bunch of mates doing this with me.
